    Hi Rachel,

I just read your latest post on the arctic char fish. How are you liking culinary school? Your plates look gorgeous, and appreciate your sharing some of your masterpieces.

My job is to help brands educate and connect with new audiences. With your permission, we would like to highlight your most recent post on our blog as well as provide additional content for your readership.

I have done some previous writing for major blogs and if you are up for it, I’d like to write a guest column for your readership. Perhaps something about adding a gourmet flair to some traditional holiday dishes.

What do you think? Would you be interested in a guest column?

Hi Rachel. You don’t know me but if your dad is feeling a bit under the weather this morning it may be partly my fault!

We met him and Maren in Dos Pallilos last night and I think we had as many drinks as courses on the menu. I hope he’s ok today.

Great food, great company. Love to all x

    Dean and Amanda
